Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat – Located at 891 S 490 W

Public Hearing to consider a request from Mike Miller for a preliminary subdivision plat called Sam White Park Subdivision Plat “C” that includes three commercial lots, on property located at 891 S 490 W in the MD (Manufacturing Distribution) Zone.

Public Hearing to consider a request from Mike Miller for approval of a proposed site plan for a warehouse.The intended use is a permitted use for the property located at 891 S 490 W in the existing the MD (Manufacturing Distribution) Zone.

Public Hearing to consider a request from Kim Sprague for the development of a twin home on property located at 141 N 950 E in the R1-9 (Single Family Residential) Zone.

Public Hearing: Site Plan – Located at 415 S 100 E

(String Town Neighborhood)

Public Hearing to consider a request from Gary Groves for approval of a proposed site plan for an automobile repair shop, according to city code, the proposed use is a conditional use for the property located at 415 S 100 E in the Downtown Village Zone – Commercial Subdistrict.

Public Hearing: Rezone – Located at approx. 1921 W Grove Parkway.

Public Hearing to consider the request of Daniel Thomas to rezone 1.41 acres of land from Commercial sales Subdistrict to Interchange Subdistrict in the Grove Zone on property located at approximately 1921 W Grove Parkway.

Public Hearing: City Code Amendment – Section 10-14-24-3: D The Grove Interchange Subdistrict, Permitted Uses, Map 2 (Project Areas).

Public Hearing to consider the request of Daniel Thomas to amend City Code 10-14-24-3: D The Grove Interchange Subdistrict, Permitted Uses, by revising and reorganizing the Map 2 “Project Areas” to include 1.41 acres of land into the Project Area 1.
