Interlibrary Loan Request Form

An interlibrary loan (ILL) is borrowing materials from lending libraries within the continental United States.  You must have a Pleasant Grove Library card and be in good standing to use this service. There is a minimum $4 fee to interlibrary loan.  Please read the interlibrary loan procedures before filling out the request form below.
