NOTICE OF WORK SESSION MEETING

                                                                       OF THE

                                            PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 in City Council Chambers, 86 East 100 South, Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however work meetings are not designed to hear public comment or take official action, however, public comment and action will be taken on Items 5, and 8.

3. 3.                  Opening Remarks.
4. 4.                  Discussion on direction to proceed with the Maple Grove Apartments site plan.
   1. 5.                  Public Hearing to consider for approval a site plan for Somerset Meadows at the Grove (aka Creekside), a 288-unit apartment development, located at approximately 1650 West State Street in the Grove (Mixed Housing) Zone. (SAM WHITE’S NEIGHBORHOOD) Presenter: Director Young
   2. 6.                  Discussion on road impact fees.
      1. 7.                  Discussion on mobile home property 264 South State Road.

To consider for approval a Resolution (2012-048) authorizing the Mayor to sign a purchase agreement with Gary K. Zabriskie to purchase 1,243 square feet of property located near the intersection of Pleasant Grove Blvd. and 2000 West Pleasant Grove, Utah; and providing for an effective date. Presenter: Engineer Lewis
