PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 86 E. 100 S, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Public Hearing: General Plan Land Use Map Amendment – Located at approximately 1855 West 1100 North
(Mud Hole Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider a request from Greg Larsen to amend the Pleasant Grove City General Plan Land Use Map for 1.67 acres located at 1783 West 1100 North from the land use designation of Medium Density residential to Professional / Mixed Use.
Public Hearing: Rezone – Located at approximately 1855 West 1100 North

Public Hearing to consider a request from Greg Larsen to rezone 7.53 acres on properties located at 1783, 1807, 1841, and 1855 West 1100 North from R1-8 (Single Family Residential) to P-O (Professional Office).
Public Hearing: Amend Pleasant Grove City Annexation Declaration Policy Plan.
Public Hearing the request of Dennis Thayne to amend the previously adopted Annexation Declaration Policy Plan in order to include a 0.574 acre parcel located at 4087 N. Canyon Road into the designated annexation areas of the city, in the Very Low Density Residential area and in the R-R (Rural Residential) zone.
Public Hearing: Annexation / Boundary Adjustment Proposal.
Public Hearing to consider the request of Dennis Thayne to adjust the boundaries of Pleasant Grove City and Cedar Hills City by annexing a 0.574 acre parcel designated in the Annexation Policy Plan, located at 4087 N. Canyon Road. The property will be assigned a General Plan land use designation of Very Low Density Residential and a zoning of R-R (Rural Residential).
Public Hearing: Rezone – Located at approximate.

Public Hearing to consider a request from Pleasant Grove City, for a rezone of approximately 4 acres from Downtown Village Zone – Commercial Subdistrict to Downtown Village Zone – Transitional Subdistrict on the north portion of the property located at approximately 350 West Center Street.
Public Hearing: Text Amendment – Section 10-11 E and Section 10-13 C Downtown Village Zone and Downtown Mixed Used Overlay Zone.
Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Chapter 10-11E, Downtown Village Zone by combining provisions of Chapter 10-13C, Mixed Use Overlay Zone into the Downtown Village Commercial Subdistrict; and revising and combining the provisions regarding permitted uses, density and various zoning requirements in the Commercial and Transitional Subdistricts.
