NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A PROECT AREA PLAN FOR THE WATER’S EDGE COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA BY THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL

 

On March 7, 2017, the Pleasant Grove City Council, by Ordinance No. 2017-13 adopted an official project area plan (the “Plan”) for the Grove Tower Community Reinvestment Project Area. In summary, Ordinance No.2017-13 adopted the Plan in the form approved by the Pleasant Grove City Redevelopment Agency. The Plan outlines the anticipated community reinvestment activities anticipated within the boundaries of the Project Area, with potential public investment through the use of, among other things, tax increment revenues. Copies of the Plan are available for public inspection at the Agency’s offices located at 70 South 100 East, for a period of 30 days following the date of publication of this notice. During that 30-day period, any person in interest may contest the Plan or the procedures used to adopt the Plan, if the Plan or the procedure fails to comply with applicable statutory requirements. After that 30-day period, no person may contest the Plan, or the procedure used to adopt the Plan, for any cause.

I certify that the above notice was posted in three public places (City Hall, Library, and Community Development) within the Pleasant Grove City limits on March 10, 2017. Public Hearing Notice also posted on State (http://pmn.utah.gov) and City (www.plgrove.org) websites.
