PLEASANT GROVE CITY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AGENDA

The Pleasant Grove City Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting at 7:00 p.m. on

Thursday, February 18, 2010 in the Community Development Conference Room, 86 East 100 South (south entrance) Pleasant Grove, Utah.  A Training Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m.The items listed below will be discussed at the meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend.

ITEM 1   Public Hearing for the Board of Adjustment to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City for a Variance to the maximum front yard fence height, found in Section 10-15-38/ Item A, to allow the construction of a minimum six feet (6’) tall solid fence, within defined front yard, on property located at 1160 West 2600 North, in the RR (Rural Residential) Zone.   MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD

Review and approve the Minutes from December 17, 2009 and January21, 2010 meetings.
